Former State Senator Jack C. Ogg, the founder and Senior Partner, is a former faculty member of the Texas College of Trial Advocacy, and has practiced law for over forty-five years, with an extensive arbitration and mediation practice since 1994.  His trial practice is concentrated in business, real property, commercial litigation, tort and construction claims, personal injury, and family law.  Jack Ogg consults with private businesses and governmental organizations on legislative matters and has served as an expert witness in related cases.
