Jack C. Ogg is a former state Senator and trial attorney with more than 45 years of legal experience.  He is certified by the Association of Attorney-Mediators and has maintained an active and extensive arbitration/mediation practice since 1994, with a success rate as a mediator exceeding 96%.  He has been chosen or appointed an arbitrator, by the courts and private parties, in numerous complex cases ranging from specialized international business and commercial disputes to family law matters involving large property settlements.  He has also appeared as an expert witness in, and has represented many parties before, mediation and arbitration panels in many areas of litigation.
