Over the past four decades, Jack C. Ogg, a former faculty member of the Texas College of Trial Advocacy, has carried on a private practice concentrated in business, real property, and commercial litigation, tort and construction claims, ad litem and structured settlement practice, and probate, DTPA, personal injury, civil, and administrative agency law.He has over forty years of experience as an attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem, including receiverships and special commissioner’s appointments, and in the extensive representation of minors and wards in settlements involving significant amounts of recovery requiring innovative and complex structures and trusts.

 

His past clients have included Continental Airlines, Pace Management, Clear Channel Communications, SFX, Ryder Truck Lines, National Title Company, and The City of Houston Municipal Employees' Pension System.He brings to the representation of all litigation clients a wealth of experience and extensive familiarity with the skills necessary to present their best case as persuasively as possible.
